What are your shipping policies?

Lifetimecollective.com orders will be processed and shipped within two business days. Orders valued over $150 (before taxes and shipping cost) qualify for free shipping within North America.

Domestic orders

Domestic orders are shipped with CanadaPost Expedited (Allow 2-7 business days for delivery) or Purolator Express (allow 1-3 business days for delivery) as per your instructions on the checkout screen. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent via CanadaPost Expedited service.

US orders

US orders are shipped with FedEx Ground (allow 2-7 business days for delivery) or FedEx Priority (allow 1-3 days for delivery). US orders are subject to customs duties. Lifetime Collective is not responsible for these potential charges as they are assessed at the border. Unfortunately we cannot determine what these fees will be in advance.

International orders

International orders are accepted from Europe and Japan only and are shipped via FedEx Economy (3-7 business days). International orders are subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Lifetime Collective is not responsible for these potential charges as they are assessed at the border and cannot be determined in advance. Unfortunately we are not able to offer shipping to customers outside Europe or Japan at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience. We encourage you to visit our dealer locator page for a list of online dealers that cater to your country.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you would like to return an item from your lifetimecollective.com order, we require you to contact sales@lifetimecollective.com within 10 days of delivery to facilitate a return or exchange. Please include details on the item you'd like to return in your email, as well as your order ID, in order to speed up processing time. Items returned must be in new, unworn condition, in the original packaging, and with hangtags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Lifetime.

What is your warranty policy?

Lifetime products carry a one year manufacturer's warranty. If you feel your product is defective in any way, please bring the item back to the retailer where it was purchased so that the shop can start a warranty claim with us for you. If you've purchased your item from lifetimecollective.com, please contact info@lifetimeclothing.com. Warranty claims will receive a response with further instructions within 48 hours. Please include the following information with your claim to speed up processing:

  1. Name or description of item
  2. Details of defect encountered
  3. Order ID or name of purchaser
  4. Photo of defect if possible

 

I have a coupon code! How do I use it?

Sweet! To use a coupon code, simply build an order in your shopping cart as normal. Once you're ready to purchase, head to the checkout page. There you'll find a space to enter your code under the CART TOTALS section. Be sure to click the redeem button and confirm that the coupon has been applied to your order total before proceeding with payment. Yes you can! Please send an email to stickers@lifetimeclothing.com and we'll send you some. Make sure to include your shipping address!
